This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website at sarvaswa.ai("the Site"), operated by Sarvaswa AI Labs ("we", "us", "our"). It does not cover information collected through separate engagement contracts or signed Statements of Work, which are governed by their own terms.

When you submit our contact form or newsletter form, we collect the information you choose to share, typically your name, email address, topic, and message.

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers collect limited technical information automatically, including:

- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Anonymised event interactions (e.g. form submissions)
3. How we use information

- Reply to your inquiry and discuss potential engagements

hubspotutk) for attribution, but only after you grant analytics consent in our cookie banner. - Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager, anonymised analytics. Loaded with consent in default-denied mode (Google Consent Mode v2).
- Cal.com, calendar booking when you click "Book a call". You leave the Site for Cal.com when you book.
- Google Fonts, typography served from Google's CDN.

6. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and document the engagement, and we retain newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics retention setting.

- Ask us to correct or delete that information
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
